Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about the World Dance Passport.

Who can benefit from the passport?

Any dancer — amateur, semi-professional or professional, of any style and age — who competes, performs or teaches and wants their achievements verified and visible. Instructors and judges can apply for a dedicated licence category.

Where can I use the dance passport?

At competitions, festivals, castings, workshops and clubs that cooperate with the organization — and anywhere someone wants to check who you are. The QR code on your passport opens a public verification page that works in any browser.

How can I get one?

Create an account, fill in the application step by step (personal details, photos, club, education and competition results) and submit it. Our team reviews it, after which you receive your passport number and digital card.

How much does it cost?

The fee depends on the licence category and validity period — see the pricing page. Creating an account and filling in the application is free; you pay only after the application is approved.

How long does the review take?

Usually a few business days. If something is missing we contact you by e-mail, and you can edit and resubmit the application.

How long is the passport valid?

Twelve months from the date of issue by default. You get a reminder before it expires and can renew it from your dashboard.

What is public on my profile?

Your name, country, styles, club, licence and verified results. Your e-mail, phone and date of birth are never public. You can also set the whole profile to private — in that case the verification page shows only that the passport is valid.

Can a club or federation register its members?

Yes. Contact us and we will set up group registration and pricing for your team.
